Electrical torture

Nature

High voltage electricity is being used extensively in torture. Electrical clips, and pointed electrodes are attached to sensitive areas and repeatedly switched on. Cattle prods are touched to skin. Individuals are strapped to metal frames and attached to electrodes. This may result in severe pain, loss of consciousness, involuntary muscle contractions or death.
