Abuse of cultural values

Frequently when foreigners violate key cultural values, they are not even aware of the violations, and no one brings the matter to their attention. Once you make a major cultural mistake, it is frequently impossible to rectify it. Sometimes a foreigner makes such a mistake and eventually leaves the country without even realizing or identifying what has been done.
