Three vehicles of gradual method (Taoism)

The firing process is refining thought by the mind. The fire is nurtured through ceasing thought. Stabilization is through keeping brilliance to one's self. In the "battle in the field" inner demons are conquered. The three essentials are body, mind and will. The mysterious pass is the heart of heaven.
