Spiritual meekness (Christianity)

Description

Spiritual meekness is opposed to spiritual anger. It does not become irritated at the sins of other people or feel impelled to berate them for their sins. Nor does it set itself up as the arbiter of goodness. It is the same with one's own shortcomings. The spiritually meek do not become impatient at their own imperfections, nor do they continually make resolutions which they continually break, thus becoming more angry. They wait patiently for God to provide His gifts as and when He pleases.
