Reflexology

Based on the same theory as acupuncture, reflexology attempts to bring relief to either specific or general physical problems by the application of pressure in particular zones of the body. Massage is concentrated on the reflex areas where the nerves are nearest to the surface, particularly on the feet. The method is also used instead of classic anaesthetics and for general revitalization of the whole body.
