Middle middle grade (Taoism)

Here there are all sorts of artificial visualizations, swallowing fog, culling the light of the sun and the moon and the energies of water and fire, drinking the lights of the stars, taking in the energies of the five directions.

In the nine grades of practices which are side tracks and auxiliary methods in Taoism, this is the middle of the three middle grades.
