Leo-consciousness (Astrology)

Leo denotes a sense of independence from the surroundings and from others that goes to the point of passionate opposition to them. Under optimal conditions it is associated with a total involvement, in which all faculties and resources are fully dedicated to the immediate challenge, and in which barriers between self and situation are dissolved in the interests of empathy and understanding.

One of the twelve conditions of being or streams of divine energy encompassed within the zodiac. It is said that all twelve conditions must be present and playing its proper part for any successful and fulfilling action to take place. This may be through a group of individuals with different endowments and soul qualities working together; or it may be through one individual who, by self-discipline, practice and meditation, has allowed all twelve conditions to arise within himself.
