Journeying within transcendence - from isolation to imagination
Description
Living is seen not as isolated and abandoned in an uncaring environment, nor as subject to impersonal legislation, but as a dynamic, interpersonal existence in the community, with mutual dependence, despite isolation, loneliness and death. The inner battle for control, the loneliness, the demanding voices, are overwhelmed by a centering on inner stillness and quiet, a different kind of aloneness at the centre where a voice offers healing.
Context
The seventh section of St John's Gospel, Chapter V 1 to VI 1, is related to a stage in the spiritual journey of the individual.
