Initiation of birth (Esotericism)

The liberating experience associated with this initiation is that of freedom from the control of the physical body and its appetites. It can be regarded as the goal and reward of the mystical experience. It produces a measure of order in the emotional processes of the initiate instituting a new attitude towards relationships. Individual consciousness is expanded into a growing group awareness. The person becomes able to recognize the kind of energy he has to offer and is able to establish certain service relationships.
