Identifying with reality (Sufism)

Through discipline the individual maintains his awareness that he and the Truth are one, whether sleeping, eating, listening, speaking; watching every breath, the individual is conscious of his true identity at every breath. Thus moments of truth are extended and enlarged until they become a continuous experience.
