Guhya-samaja urgyan awareness (Buddhism, Tibetan)

This state of awareness is characterized by a recognition that places may be imbued with spiritual force. It is represented by the Palace of Lotus-light at Lake Urgyan (northern Pakistan) as taught in the Secret Assembly (guhya-samaja) tantric texts. Special to this awareness is the recognition that ordinary places and ordinary acts of behaviour, even those involving strong passion, can be transmuted and informed with spiritual presence or significance. Secular life can be sacramentalized and ignorant persons may thus be drawn into the path of dharma.

In Tibetan Sakya Buddhism this is one of the states in the "Ascension Stages Game". In some sets it is numbered 61 on the board.
