Global brotherhood (ICA)

Description

This is experienced as the realization that one's actions, no matter where are performed, are related to all of mankind, that one is on a journey and that there are colleagues on this same journey who nurture and care for one. It is like the "crimson line " of which Nikos Kazantzakis wrote, the path of many people throughout history that we are called to follow.

Context

In the ICA New Religious Mode in the arena of acting out one's engagement (the life of obedience) the fourth formal aspect is embodying service to people's spirit life. At the second phenomenological level, this occurs when one recognizes one's obligation to the rest of mankind.
