Experience of mystical knowledge (Sufism)

On the Sufi path there are several stages at which mystical knowledge of God is experienced. At the first plane, knowledge is experienced on attainment of perfection in repentance. At the second plane, it is achieved when the devotee realizes kinship with God. At the final stage, knowledge of the divine essence is revealed to the seeker after truth by God Himself.
