Al-Muqaddim (Sufism)

The believer is aware of Allah as the expediter, advancing whomever He wills. Although all are invited to the truth, He leads some to respond while others are left behind. Working in harmony with Allah al-Muqaddim and in accordance with His laws one comes close to Allah, even if He does not will one should receive riches, fame or power.
