The International Association for Near Death Studies encourages research and discussion, and spreads information about near death experiences (NDE) and their implications, especially among hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, religious organizations and other institutions concerned with death and bereavement, It also supports and counsels those having had an near-death experience and their families.
