Teaching humanities

Description

Humanities are all curricula that do not teach physical and applied sciences (which includes economics but not business). Their principle intent is to provide skills to receive the cultural legacy through a high degree of literacy, a sense of historical development, and through enhancement of the reasoning process. Notable among the humanities are the behavioural and social sciences, philosophy, law, literature and art, government, history and foreign languages.
