Reviewing progress on Agenda 21 commitments concerning technology transfer

This strategy features in the framework of Agenda 21 as formulated at UNCED (Rio de Janeiro, 1992), now coordinated by the UN Commission on Sustainable Development and implemented through national and local authorities. Agenda 21 recommends reviewing the progress in the implementation of the commitments contained in Agenda 21, including those related to provision of financial resources and transfer of technology.
