Context
Public opinion has several meanings: 1. The opinion of individuals and groups constituting the consumers of private and public mass media information services; 2. Statistically or methodologically significant behavioural reaction from the electorate, the public or masses so-called, and non-governmental organizations, to events, actions, proposals, plans, etc, that are perceived as affecting their interests; 3. The moral force of the community exercised by freedom of choice to accept or reject anything in the behaviours of individuals, groups, government, institutions, enterprises, or churches, etc.
