Recontextualizing skills potential

Enabling everyone to visualize the full possibility in his particular skill. The effect is to release each person to put his whole being into humanizing his work.

An integral part of releasing human ingenuity to fulfil global needs and demands while allowing the individual to develop his own potential.

Tactics include: art-form displays to graphically depict different skills in a way that presents an attractive, visual image together with a brief, memorable title or slogan; advertising systems to indicate the activity of integrating radio, TV and newsprint media to spell out the immediate and long-range needs for persons trained in each skill; educational component to provide detailed explanations of each skill, possibilities for adapting from a present skill, and advancing in the new skill as a career; employee ambassador to exchange employee representatives of different cultural areas who share ideas of skills usage, thus stimulating pride in participating in the work as well as good international public relations; and research model to investigate worldwide skill opportunities and ways of seeking employment in needed areas. An example is three men who, when asked what they were doing in the mud, replied in turn, 'I'm making brick', 'I'm putting up a wall', and 'I'm building a Cathedral'.
