Re-engaging citizen participation

Description

Using citizen resources in social participation. The effect is to organize signal projects and events which would reveal to man his participation potential.

Context

An integral part of repatterning distribution of benefits to allow individual participation in local economic planning, and in establishing working standards and in planning the employment of workers' kills.

Implementation

Tactics include: civic projects to actualize the common man's participation in the distribution polity by involving him in activating and uplifting existing social organizations; signal engagement to symbolize common man's actual involvement in the community by spotlighting families who will be the style of responsible action within distribution arenas; resource expenditure to make use of available human resources by channelling these resources into arenas lacking in effective participation; benefit sharing to use organizations as signs of equalizing distribution of resources to show that the idea of benefit sharing is both possible and necessary; and resource guilds to formulate catalytic responsibility distribution groups by educating the common man in the idea of responsible distribution. An example is the reformation of a collapsed community.
