Providing bird nesting sites in urban areas
Implementation
Bird conservation groups establish nesting boxes in secure locations to enable certain bird species to continue to survive in urban areas. On high rise buildings this notably allows certain predator species to survive and prey on birds perceived as pests, such as pigeons.
