Protecting against vulnerability of marine animal communication

In 2002, a US District Court blocking deployment of LFA sonar across 75 percent of the world's oceans until the case for and against this military application could be heard in full. LFA noise can cause hemorrhaging in whales, internal injuries in fish, and seizures in human divers.
