Professionalizing road safety management

Promulgating an ethic of road safety throughout the professional sector involved with road transport and use. Providing training in a "road safety culture" for all parties implicated in road safety, no matter their previous training or original specialization. Such people include civil servants such as the police, the magistrature, road administration, local communities, hospitals; and in relevant private institutions and companies such as the car industry, automobile clubs, insurance companies and transport companies.
