Tactics include: business communication to introduce a variety of educational business resources; investment procedures to open up ways of understanding the underlying principles of investment; legal know-how and market techniques to allow participation in the basic decisions of the economic process; and indigenous marketing to allow involvement in the projection of future marketing processes. An example of this is one person's participation in the creation of a neighbourhood co-op market.
