Bringing into being constructs that will provide an arena for personal contact affording the contact situation in which individual life experience can be illuminated.

An integral part of illuminating life experiences to free the individual to embrace his deepest experiences in a responsible relationship to life.

Tactics include: dyadic meetings to allow focused personal conversations; workshop programs to use corporate wisdom; patterns to allow the individual to expand his image of time; regular meetings to allow conscious participation in on-going structures; and expanded sessions to allow the individual to hold to a time-line which aids him in finding solutions to situations. An example is a series of regular evening meetings.
