Identifying obstacles to unilateral nuclear disarmament

There is a hypocrisy around nuclear weapons. We will be challenging the nuclear establishment with international law - and imagination! Why shouldn't we inspect these sites? The UK and the US almost went to war over the inspection teams in Iraq - yet they appear to believe that their weapons of mass destruction are okay.
