Forming geographical alliances
Description
Intensifying the human development support systems through a geographically-focused set of alliances. These alliances provide a stronghold of promotion and protection for the human development activities of a village, neighbourhood, region or even a nation. Such alliances may take the form of, for example, a regional network of volunteer professional advisors or a board of advisors.
Counter-claim
Such an alliance may try to make decisions for the village or neighbourhood in a paternalistic way and thereby defeat the process of human development.
