Establishing parliament-in-exile
Implementation
In 1995, the Kurds of Turkey inaugurated a parliament-in-exile in the Hague, in the Netherlands. The parliament-in-exile has an elected 65-seats assembly that draws its members from among all exiled Kurds, including members of Turkey's outlawed pro-Kurd Democracy Party and the Kurdish Workers Party (PKK).
