Description
Collecting and disseminating pertinent information concerning existing and projected surpluses. The catalytic effect is to enable better stewardship of profits usage by providing an information flow between needs and demands.
Context
An integral part of reallocating surplus resources by recasting the image of ownership from individual security to global stewardship.
Implementation
Tactics include: grassroots input to involve local man in the global stewardship of surpluses by factory guilds and accountability representation; markets data to represent the accumulation of statements on resource needs, distribution and production research, and economic priorities; information access to allow large masses of people easy approach to all surplus information through creation of computerized data banks and information centrum; utilization research to provide information to allow the intentional and innovative use of surpluses by supplying manpower and long-term economic projections; and intra-agency communication to provide the models for industry to coordinate and evaluate surpluses and make available records to all.
