Developing socially responsible economy

1. Is it possible for economic players, management and labour, and decision-makers to invent a new economic system - a third way neither completely "market-based" nor "communist" - or at least to propose alternatives able to ensure essential social cohesion by means of a socially responsible economy?< 2. Achieving a socially responsible economy in practice necessitates not only the determination of those with real political and economic power, but also a political culture that is broadly shared at every level of society.
