Description

Creating demonstration institutions in which a totally new environment of human community is established with a clear and effective mission to society. Such institutions include schools, public agencies, small industry or key departments or locations of a large business. The criteria for selection is visibility, replicability and do-ability. It would involve methods training, team formation, documentation and perhaps limited full-time staffing.
