Advocating humanitarian issues

Serve as a means of informing peoples, governments, intergovernmental agencies and non-governmental organizations throughout the world of the humanitarian and development problems to the solution or alleviation of which the voluntary agencies address themselves; encourage the undertaking of studies and collect, coordinate and disseminate information regarding these problems.
