Achieving configurational cultural integration

Achieving cultural integration through similarity, as a result of identity of meaning within a diversity of cultural items -- namely their conformity to a common pattern or embodiment of a common theme. This is associated with the need to select a particular cultural pattern amongst the total range of possibilities.
