Victims of torture are frequently burned using a variety of methods including pouring hot oil or water over them and burning soles of feet, the head, sexual organs, palms of hands, rectums and other sensitive part of the body with cigarettes, blowtorches, hot coals, electric cattle prods, acids and hot irons.
