Telephone rage

Telephone rage is a behaviour of explosive violence and anger which appears in high stress office working environments, where people either damage or abuse telephone equipment, or verbally abuse people on the other end of a telephone call, usually caused by breakdowns in the working equipment or general frustration at the high stress work environment.
