"Small Etc." was set up in 1991 as a support group for men with small penises. The Web site called "Small Etc" claims to have 1,500 members. Increasing numbers of men are seeking cosmetic surgery that extends the length of a flacid penis.

Counter-claim

There is a great variation in penis length and circumference, and a wide range of individual preferences among women. Some women are intimidated by a very large penis. Sex therapists and most women agree, however, that penis size is not the ultimate measure of a man or lover.
