Sexual offences by juveniles

In USA from 1976 to 1986 the arrest rate for 13 and 14-year-olds accused of rape doubled to 40 arrests per 100,000 children. For sex offences like exhibitionism, grabbing and fondling in the same age group arrests increased by 80%.
