Sexual fetishism

Fetishism is a sexual perversion in which the person (usually male) displaces his erotic interest and satisfaction to a fetish. The fetish replaces and substitutes for the love object, and although sexual activity with the love object may occur, gratification is possible only if the fetish is present or at least fantasized during such activity.
