Reckless all-terrain vehicle drivers

  • Snowmobiles on roads

Incidence

In a UK national park in 1997, a convoy of 12 Dutch drivers ignored a sign and drove along a route that was closed for the summer. They were being led on a safari by a local man. Their numbers were reported to the police, but because they went back to Holland the police could not do anything. The man who led them was going to be prosecuted.
