Professional negligence

It is time for professionals and the public to look closely at the threat which incompetence poses and at the conflicts between loyalty and responsibility which then arise. Without such cooperation, the fear of abuses will merely lead to more litigation and so in turn to more defensive measures taken by medical professionals. Trust will continue to dwindle as it has in the last few decades.
