Military political prisoners and detainees

Political prisoners with military status, whether prisoners of war, guerrillas, terrorists, or military personnel who have been purged from political or administrative office or who have been accused of war crimes, may be subjected to torture and brainwashing and be sentenced to imprisonment, forced labour, exile or execution by means of false evidence or forced confessions at secret military tribunals or show trials.
