Inappropriate assumption of reality articulation through language

The belief, demonstrated as faulty by deconstructionism, that truth, meaning and reality are actually knowable and thus representable through language. This is associated with the belief that those with a sophisticated language ability are in in some way naturally superior to those without this skill and who may thus be treated with contempt.
