Androcentrism

The human male can be perceived as the centre of creation, with the female human as secondary, followed by mammals, other animals, fishes, plants and so on throughout the range of existence. Many who have adopted an "earth-centred" worldview have traded their old hierarchical vision of a divinity in the heavens for an androcentric view of earth.
