Twelve steps to spirituality

As a means of restoring lives ruined by alcohol, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) has formulated twelve steps that lead to a spirituality based not on becoming perfect but on coming to terms with imperfection. The system calls on the experience of mystics and spiritual geniuses of previous ages but tested in the light everyday living in the 20th century.
