Description

Torpor is sluggish mental reaction to stimuli, or reaction only to strong stimuli. There is drowsiness which is pathological, often resulting in falling into deep sleep. It is almost impossible to focus attention or thought; perception is difficult and fragmentary; there is no feeling of interest or motivation; affect is flattened.
