Spiritual aspects of psychic health

Individual human development may be said to depend on three factors or forces - the psychic forces imposed by nature; the moral forces based on the values accepted by the individual; and the spiritual forces offered by God for acceptance by the individual. It is clear that the intrinsic psychic forces may, where lacking or unbalanced, make manifestation of the sanctity or spirituality of the individual impossible or unclear. Such lack of manifestation is not the fault of the individual and every aid must be given to strengthen and improve mental health for the full flowering of individual sanctification.
