Self determining (ICA)

This is choosing the being one will have; when one visualizes a means of achieving the selfhood one intends. It may be compared to children playing games that rehearse roles they will play in adult life.

In the ICA New Religious Mode in the arena of being the presence of transcendence (the life of chastity) the third formal aspect is inventing one's own essence, in which one manifests through one's style of being what one perceives existence to be. At the first phenomenological level this occurs when one vision-sees new possibilities for existence.
