Self-awareness (Psychism)

Self-awareness is one of the possible contents of any station of consciousness in the higher worlds. It is possible to be unaware of the self, but to be conscious. It is possible also to be aware of the true self in any of the worlds, and thus attain one of the highest degrees of consciousness. In psychic terms, there is acute discrimination between physical or mental and psychic impressions.
