Resolution as faith due to insight (Buddhism)

Faith arises in association with insight, serene and confident in consciousness and its properties. The meditator, thinking that such resolution has never arisen before, believes he has reached fruition, interrupts the course of insight. This is karmically unprofitable, because he mistakes the path.
