Realization of nen

Realization of nen is the key to aikido, for example. It is not concerned with winning or losing and grows through being properly connected with the ki of the universe. It seeks the unity of the order in the universe and becomes the source of the subtle working of ki. It is the line connecting the individual ki through mind and body to the universal ki.
